What is it?

A peer-led support and skills group for student employees to come together to connect, learn skills for improved health and well-being, and support each other in the process of balancing student employment, school, and life. 

When is it?

This group is on hold due to low attendance. If you are interested in this group, please sign-up here so we can start this again when we have the numbers!

What will we do? 

Come together to connect via peer support, have a short presentation/activity on a stress management technique or skill, and enjoy a meal together (free chipotle and/or snacks catered for every meeting).

Subjects include sleep health, balancing life/school/work, coping with seasonal challenges, personal health reflections, and skills for stress management (and so much more).

SERG is run by LiveWell Peer Health Educators and Peer Wellness Coaches.
