Therese Mortejo

Therese focuses on student support, collaboration, and resource connection for students as the Student Needs Navigator at LiveWell. She works with students experiencing basic-needs insecurities and coordinates direct referrals to UW supports, as well as getting students connected to off-campus resources. 

Therese recently graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Creative Writing. As a student Therese was involved in LiveWell’s Peer Health Education program, serving as a Peer Health Educator Lead and Peer Wellness Coach. Her time in the Peer Health Education program is where she developed her passion for empowering students by getting them connected to resources. Therese has experience teaching and leading groups of individuals as well as providing support on a one-on-one level.
