Peer Health Education

LiveWell Peer Health Educators (PHEs) are highly trained UW students dedicated to educating their peers on various health and wellness topics. LiveWell PHEs facilitate educational workshops for the campus community on topics such as: stress management, mental & emotional health, alcohol & cannabis, sleep quality, relationships, and gratitude.

PHEs run event programming, awareness campaigns, and facilitate peer-to-peer educational workshops. PHEs are paid student employees who receive ongoing supervision, support, and training from the Training & Education Coordinator in LiveWell. They begin with an initial 40 hours training and receive over another 40 throughout the academic year.

Want to be a PHE? Watch our social media and website for when the application opens up!
