Sleep health

Sleep enhances overall physical, mental and emotional health. Sleep restores the body and helps our ability to manage stress, irritability, and feelings of depression and anxiety. Results from a 2024 LiveWell survey to UW students reflected that 57% of students reported getting an average of 7-9 hours of sleep on weeknights. Huskies get their Zzzzs!
