The mental health workshop teaches specific evidenced-based skills for improving and strengthening our mental health, and more effectively dealing with stress and adversities that can negatively impact our mental health.

Meet with a Peer Wellness Coach if you are looking to strengthen and enhance your personal well-being and connect 1-1 with a peer about your mental health.
