Each kit equips students with resources, information, and supplies tailored to different dimensions of wellness. How to Get a Kit

  1. Fill out the request form – One kit per student, while supplies last (log in to the form with your UW email).
  2. Pick up your kit at LiveWell (109 Elm Hall) between 9 am to 5 pm from March 12-21. Bring your Husky Card for verification at pickup.

Tabling Events – Grab a pre-packaged kit!

If you’d prefer to pick up a (free!) pre-packaged kit in person, stop by one of our tabling events (order form not required). Plan to show your Husky card when picking up a kit. We will be tabling (while supplies last) at:

  • Odegaard Library – Tuesday, March 11, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (First floor near the staircase)
  • HUB – Friday, March 14, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1st Floor Sidewalk by the Information Desk)
